i want to have the laptop run in high performance mode when its plugged in, which will be most of the time... so i enable it but every time i restart my computer, this modern standby garbage is on, and the high performance power plan is gone again... automatically disabled... ive had this laptop for a day, and unfortunately this little issue really has me giving this huge purchase second thoughts.  please help me fix this! i have a new HP ZBook Fury i9

Please follow the three steps I provided to see if they can solve the problem:

1.Press Win + R, then enter powercfg.cpl and press Enter.

2.Create a new plan → Select High Performance → Save the plan.

3.Disable the automatic optimization feature of HP Power Manager.
