Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I bought laptop by official partner at thrusday, device came to me next day - 5-th march 2021.

Laptop was brand new, the packaging was factory sealed.

Today I checked warranty info and  it say warranty period started August 07 - 2020 and ends at September 05 - 2022. I am sorry, but what is this? Could you explain this to me? I am really disapointed with this..

Hi:

For whatever reason they do it, HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So the longer the PC sits in a reseller's warehouse, the less time remains on the warranty.

You have two ways to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

1.  Try the online warranty dispute form.

Komputery, drukarki HP - przesyłanie kwestii spornych dotyczących gwarancji | Pomoc techniczna HP® d...

2. Contact HP customer services, and speak to a customer service rep to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
