My cat knocked some cider onto my laptop and now it wont switch on at all. Tried to dry off as best could when happened at the time, but now wont switch on at all anymore. It is still under warranty so was wondering if I could send it off to be repaired?

Hello @Roseyfree

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Yes, you can still send it to them and you definitely need to do it if you want to get it fixed. However, you might be charged for the service since the issue is not caused by a fault in the product itself but is caused by an accident from your end. This depends on the local policy.

Hope this helps. Let me know if any issues
