I purchased the care pack 3 years  with the promise line "no coverage limit, no hidden costs"  and now the operator says this doesn't cover accidental damage.  IS this true? What's the point of purchasing extra cover at a cost of hundreds of pounds if it is not covered day to day? please HP worker explain. I was planning to extend my cover but I may as well give my money to another company that will cover me. Thanks
