 Camera Not Working on My HP Victus 15 – Driver Not Available

 

Dear HP Customer Support Team,

 

I am writing to inform you that the camera on my HP Victus 15 laptop is not working. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including resetting Windows and checking the Device Manager, but the camera driver is missing and not automatically installing.

 

Additionally, I noticed that the camera driver is not available on the official HP website for my laptop model. All other drivers are listed and working properly except the camera driver.

 

Could you please help me with the correct camera driver or guide me on how to restore the camera functionality?

 

Device Details:

 

Laptop Model: HP Victus 15-fa00351

 

Processor: Intel Core i7 12th Gen (2.30 GHz)

 

Operating System: Windows 11

 

Issue: Camera not detected, driver missing

 

 

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
