Hi @nidhi02,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you're seeking a camera driver for your HP Notebook 15s-fr2000 running Windows 11 Version 23H2. Unfortunately, HP has not released a specific camera driver for this Windows version for your model. However, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check Device Manager for Camera Detection

Press Win + X and select Device Manager.

Expand the Imaging Devices section.

If you see your camera listed (e.g., "HP Wide Vision HD Camera"), right-click it and select Update Driver.

Choose Search automatically for drivers to let Windows find and install the appropriate driver.

Use Windows Update

Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Install any available updates, as they may include driver updates for your camera.

Reinstall the Camera Driver

In Device Manager, right-click your camera under Imaging Devices and select Uninstall device.

Restart your laptop. Windows should attempt to reinstall the driver upon reboot.

Enable Camera Access in Privacy Settings

Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.

Ensure that Camera access is turned on and that apps have permission to use the camera.

Roll Back to Previous Windows Version (if issue started after update)

Go to Settings > System > Recovery.

Under Previous version of Windows, select Go back to revert to the previous version where the camera was working.

Use an External Webcam

If the internal camera continues to malfunction, consider using an external USB webcam as a temporary solution.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,
