So on November 25th my laptop was shut down and won't turn back on. No noises or lights. Tried the whole walk through tech support and nothing. Because of the holidays I didn't try till today to fix the problem, well my warranty apperently has expired on the 28th, but since it broke before can I still have my laptop fixed under said warranty? If so how do I get the help I need cause I can't find a real person for tech support.
