HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I left my powered-off laptop on a radiator which was turned off at the time. When I came back to my laptop, the radiator had turned on and the laptop felt very hot to touch. I think maybe the laptop may have been on the hot radiator for 30 - 60 min. I left the laptop to cool down and then turned it on again. It seems to be functioning normally but I am worried the exposure to high heat may have damaged the laptop internally or the battery. Could this have happened and is there a way to check?

Many thanks!

Definitely yes. HP has some "tough" products for mining and military environments. Other vendors do the same. You can buy them (very expensive). Pavilion machines use cheapest materials to build.
