Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can not get on the computer to run and asks or administrator password or power on password.  When I put in a fake code 3 times I receive a system disabled code (i 51825984)

Would appreciate any help.  The computer is just a year old and they want $500 to fix it.

I put the code in and it came back to automatic repair and said it could not repair.  Could it be that the computer is encrypted?

Thank you so much for responding.  This is very frustrating!

Thank you so much for responding.  I am running the tests and so far they have all passed but waiting on the extensive test.  Veracrypt is on the computer.  Can I remove veracrypt?  Could that be my issue?

Sorry @Sbeam1

But I could not say for sure???

I'm good with passwords but not so much with the OS.

Start the new post after the test and include all the info you can.
