Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3978nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

(in Europe) Screen was flickering and Frozen a lot. HP support took over and deleted and re-installed software. Had to restart computer and contact Them to finish their work. 

 

After restart computer won't connect to the internet anymore, despite being connected through the cable, problemfinder on laptop can't find the issue. 

The support agent was supposed to send An e-mail if i had any problems, never tot one. 

 

Can't even open the menu now. Laptop is useless now. How do i fix this?
