Can't download m6-aq103dx recovery image

Hello,

I replaced the HDD on my HP ENVY for an SSD to improve speed and I'm trying to download a recovery image to install the OS on the new drive.

I downloaded HP Cloud Recovery but when I type the P/N (W2K45UA#ABA) in the product id field it says that the producto id doesn't match or is invalid.

How can I get a recovery image?

Unfortunately, it seems that HP is only providing cloud recovery tool support until the PC reaches 5 years of age.

After, that time period, support is withdrawn, which is why you are getting that message.

The W2K45UA#ABA product number used to be supported, but it no longer is.

Your only option now, since you do not live in the United States would be to make a plain W10 USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool and clean install W10.

Download Windows 10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
