HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba135TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP Support Community,

I have done a complete clean installation of my Windows 10 on my HP Pavilion notebook. When I checked the Device Manager, I saw lots of other devices that is missing. So, I decided to check HP's Official Website and detect the device I'm using. Because I done a complete clean installation by USB Bootable Media, so I lost the HP Support thing and I need to download the HP Support Solution Framework.

Once I clicked the download button, its directly opens a link called "https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/HPSA/HPSupportSolutionsFramework-12.19.53.13.exe ", but it shows that I can't reach that page because ftp.hp.com’s server IP address could not be found. So, I try to input my product serial number and download one of the device that is missing. But once I was transferred to the ftp.hp.com, the same thing happen. I've tried contact the Microsoft Support, and they said it was the servers problem. I can't contact HP Support because my HP warranty's over.

And one thing is funny that I realized that my product was HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba135TX, but when I checked on my computer my system model was HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba1xx. I don't know whether it is an error or what else, but I think it's a no problem. Please help me related to this issue.

Thanks,

Ken.
