HP Recommended

I had the same problem with Firefox which appeared all of the sudden. I could not download or open an attachment.  In trying to figure this problem out, I was looking in the options tab and noticed I did not have Firefox set as my default browser.  I clicked on the button to set it as the default browser and went back into my email.  Hmmm, suddenly, the open or save box appeared.  For over a week, I could not open or save an attachment using Firefox from my web-based email program.

 

After clicking on "Use Firefox as default browser" in options / Advanced, I was able to save or open an attachment again.

 

Strange.
