Can’t remember my system login password

Hi Everyone Plsni need urgent help. I changed my elite book login password. I can’t remember and so far I have tried every password include the last one before the change but to no avail. Any help?

Recovering or Resetting Your Forgotten Password on HP EliteBook

If you have forgotten your login password for your HP EliteBook, you can reset it using the following steps. Please ensure you have another device with internet access available.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Make Sure Caps Lock is Off:

1. Before attempting a reset, ensure that the Caps Lock key is not on, as passwords are case-sensitive. Also, make sure the keyboard layout matches your language settings.

Reset Using Microsoft Account:

1. If your HP EliteBook is running Windows 10 or 11 and you are using a Microsoft account, you can reset your password online:
2. On a different device, navigate to the Microsoft Password Reset Page.
3. Enter your email address, phone number, or Skype name associated with your Microsoft account and select Next.
4. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and receive a security code.
5. Enter the security code and choose a new password.
