Can't reset computer - need memory

HI

I want to sell this laptop but I can't reset it as it keeps asking for more storage space. I've deleted virtually everything except the windows system itself and it still says I need more memory - help??

It's most likely NOT memory but a lack of Disk Space -- as your PC has only 32GB of disk space and most of that is already used up by Windows.

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
