This is no doubt on the incorrect board but could not find one that applies.
My warranty on my laptop ExHP Pavilion 15-cs2073cl expires in May of 2020. In December 2019 I purchased an HP CarePack 3 year extended accident warranty. I have the order number and verification of the purchase from HP however I am unable to find it in my HP account. HP support told me I needed to register the Carepack which I did but it still does not show anywhere. Support also keeps telling me it will appear in my account which it doesn't. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so do you have any tips on finding my accident warranty document.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
