I cannot get out of automatic repair. I have tried all of the advanced options including a reset. However, it keeps asking for my account password. I don’t know where that account is referenced. Is it my HP account or a Microsoft account? Neither of these passwords work. I have been logging in with facial recognition or PIN. I can’t remember what that password is. I’ve tried several possible passwords.

Anything I try to do including, command prompt, uninstall last updates, safe modes, reset/reinstall Windows, etc.

I think an updated video driver may have caused the issue. If I could get to the previous version of the video driver, I think things would work.

this has happened before and I was able to get to the uninstall driver/feature/update in the automatic repair without having to enter a password. But now, every option asks for a password for my account.
