I managed to create a new account through command prompt on recovery screen but I have very limited functionality (no Internet acces, brightness and volume keys don't work,hp recovery manager seems to Open but no tingui appears on screen etc.)
I tried to do a Windows startup reset but it failed. Tried a reset, but also failed. I've accessed bios, where I don't have an option for internal recovery, and when I use usb with bootable windows 10 it fails to read it.
I'm running out of option and I believe I'm still under waranty.
Is there anything else that can be done?.
Many thanks
