My chrome book 15 is smoking! Smells like melting plastic and other chemicals. I have had it for possibly 3 maybe 4 months. It turned on this morning. That was when I first smelled it, but didn’t see smoke. Then I reopened my laptop and a puff of white smoke cane out! Smells too! And now it won’t turn on. Well within HPs warranty. Very disappointed as this is where I work from and there is a lot of information stored that I need to access. We need this fixed, but not on my dime. Please help!
