Operating System: Chrome OS

I have registered it with HP but when I go to the HP product support website for help it says that my HP product is no longer supported by HP. It is 1 week old with 12 months warranty on it. How can I not be able to get support? No link for chat, email, or phone support. No phone number, email....nothing. Is this a joke?
