I was trying to clean a usb in disk part but accidentally cleaned my hard drive. For the past hour I have been trying to do fixes and now I am stuck at the screen "No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key" Any help would be appreciated.

Hi:

 

Use another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, and create a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
