HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0049tx

In START window after clicking Power button a message pops out "There are currently no power options available."  Sub window viz. Restart, Shut down, Sleep etc. are not appearing. As such Shut Down by click of Mouse can not be possible. What is the remedy ? Plaese help.

try running this command in cmd(admin)

 

1)DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

2)DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

3)DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

4)sfc /scannow

 

then go to settings>update&security and click on check for updates .if u find updates pls install the updates .
