Good day, i have followed the instructions as said in the YouTube videos too by Hp 
I have downloaded the software and made the bootable Usb without problem, its only when the procedure begins that at the end it tells me that recovery has failed. THIS IS THE LOG BELOW: (Kindly assist as i dont know what the problem is)
