HP 24 All-in-One PC

Hi there,

Yesterday after turning on my computer I was immediately met with the message 'Preparing Automatic Repair' and following that 'Diagnosing your PC' to which it then says my PC has not started correctly.

I followed the instructions on this post here where someone had the exact same problem as me: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Stuck-in-preparing-automatic-Re...

Following the instructions under F2 I performed both a quick and extensive test, which came back as 'PASSED'. I then did the same check this time for my HDD and RAM specifically but I passed them as well. The F11 solution also isn't possible as I have no 'save points'.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
