Hard drive will probably need replaced. Will need OS key that came with the computer when in it was purchased. Sticker on computer is gone

You may want to consider replacing the hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
Below is the link the service manual.
The W8.1 product key is in your notebook's BIOS.
You won't need it to reinstall W8.1.
You can download the W8.1 ISO file from the link below. Select the plain W8.1 64-bit ISO file.
Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)
Use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
Select the GPT partition scheme from the Rufus menu.
After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
