Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Deleted C drive when installing windows. But installation was not perfomed As the os version was not supported. Now i cannot install the OS. The screen is directing to memory check, disk check. Please provide a solution for this issue.

Your notebook came with FreeDOS, which means you need to have a Windows product key and Windows installation media to be able to reinstall Windows.

According to the support page, your notebook is supported by HP for W10 64 bit, W8.1 64 bit, and W7 64 bit.
