Dear , 
I have been trying to coomunicate with HP and trying convey my issue with Laptop , whihc got issue around two , the firts one I had to reinstall the windows , and then again on 2nd time , I did send the laptop to find the root cause of the issue .

But surprisingly , just for the formality again they did is reinstalling the windows , not informing about any root casue of the problem , and no information about how it will not occur next time , Only god Knows , when it will happen again next time , resylting reinstalling windows , and loosing all my data .

The customer service i can is most pathetic part of Hp , where they are incompetent in the knowledge and unprofessional taking the responsibility , now they are sending my laptop back just be reinstalling the window ,

i need a advice what can do in this , my laptop is in warranty . How shall reach to the HP customer care where at least they answer my queries and give some assurance , or stopping the laptop going in error mode again.
