Dear HP Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the HP laptop that I recently purchased. From the outset, I had high expectations for this product, given HP's reputation for delivering high-quality and reliable technology. However, my experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. craching.lagging. stuttering corrupt files is a everyday problem. Despite following all the recommended setup procedures and troubleshooting steps, the problems persist. This has not only disrupted my work but also caused a considerable amount of stress and inconvenience. I believe that as a customer, it is reasonable to expect a product to function as advertised, especially considering the investment made in purchasing such a product. Unfortunately, my experience with this HP laptop has not met these expectations.For the ammount i payed R10 000. it is disgustingly bad. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. I am open to solutions such as a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what is deemed most appropriate under these circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
