Do HP i5-d022sx has UEFI, TPM board?.  How much expandable RAM and how many RAM slots it has?

...Then your PC has a UEFI BIOS, which should also support secure boot.

It does not have a TPM security device and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of memory according to chapter 1 of the service manual.

The Intel Core i5-3230M is not supported for W11 and there are no hardware upgrades you can do to make it support W11.

If you are interested in upgrading your PC in its present state to W11, please see the method I have used to in-place upgrade several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's to W11 22H2 that don't meet the hardware requirements.

But in this link https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c04116103 Memory is showing as 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) does it means it has just One Slot of Memory?  1 x 4 GB??

That's the amount of memory it comes with...1 x 4 GB

It has an empty memory slot and according to the service manual, it can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
