I purchase this model pre-shipped with Windows 10. I wish to downgrade to Windows 7 Pro. Is this possible via Microsoft's downgrade rights? If so, how do I obtain a windows 7 product key.
thank you

Hi,
Firstly: No, you can't downgrade to Windows 7 Pro because your machine has Windows 10 Home 64 pre-installed:
Secondly: You need to follow process from the following link:
https://www.microsoft.com/OEM/en/licensing/sblicensing/Pages/downgrade_rights.aspx#fbid=TfvdP6VJrhc
From Microsoft: your case is not available.
Regards.
