Hp X2 612 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello! So my Hp X2 612 G1 tablet was a hand-me-down from a college and well it was working fine until I accidentally left the battery drained. Meaning it was low bat, never charged it, til it powered off on its own.

An hour later I guess, I plug it in to charge and it wont charge. Nothing. The orange charging light lights up but it doesnt power on. When I take off the charger, it stops lighting up.

It honestly wont power up and I don't know what to do. Help please!

Battery might be dead.

If that is the case, dead battery is not going to recover.

You'll likely need a new battery.
