After USB pendrive factory reset thisTthis message coming in command prompt "cannot find the driver specified."

OK, so you attempted a factory reset using a USB stick and that has failed?

 

Where did you get the USB stick?

Yes it got stuck in between usb factory reset with message restoration incomplete and below 3 options save log,Details,Retry. And error in command prompt saying that the system cannot find the driver specified six times.

When I baught laptop at tht time I had taken backup of Windows in my laptop with hp's salesman help.
