Product: Hp notebook 245 g5

As I click on amd driver restart now option during amd 20.4.2 anderallin installation on window 10 2016 version , now as restart it showing a blue screen with showing error code 0xc0000001  and not starting as I press enter to operating system it restart again and also as press f8 for start setting any option from  1 to 9 like enable boot logging  or disable driver signature enforcement any option is not resolving this issue , as I choose any one option from startup setting it restart again
