Hi,

The failure id means that the Hard Drive has failed and needs to be replaced

The best idea would be to insert a 2.5" SATA 3 SSD from your preferred brand and capacity which would give a boost to the system

On page 50 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the Drive

You can create a bootable USB Drive with Windows on it (on a different PC) and then use it to reinstall the OS
