This is a new laptop computer.  After initial set up, I accessed Bluetooth, selected add a device and tried to pair with my ear buds.  It gave me the "Troubleshoot Bluetooth" message, which I did.  Following suggestions, I turned Bluetooth off and on, I restarted the laptop, I made certain that the operating system is updated as well as the driver.  And the Bluetooth driver notes that it is working.  To make certain that the Bluetooth is working on my ear buds, I tried pairing them with my iPhone 15, Fire 10 tablet, and mp3 player.   They paired with all devices.  So, then I tried to pair other devices with my laptop (iPhone, Fire 10 tablet, and mp3 player).  The laptop Bluetooth will not recognize any of these devices.  To check the Bluetooth on each device, I paired them one at a time with each other and they all paired up and worked.  Thinking the ear buds may be blocked as a recognized device on these other devices, I told each device to "forget" the ear buds to completely clear them from all other devices.  I tried to pair again, and I still get the message to troubleshoot Bluetooth.  So, I'm just stuck in this loop.   Since the Bluetooth is working on all these other devices, I surmise that the problem is the laptop's Bluetooth.  Is this going to be one of those solutions of having to remove a driver and reinstall, which may be above my paygrade?  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
