Product: HP ENVY - 15t-as100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Notebook won't get out of that initial 'Windows loading...' cycle.  Recovery, and all those other F1-F12 options don't work either.  What do I do?

Hi, @Sidewayz12b have you tried doing a hard reset?

 

To hard reset your computer, you'll need to physically turn it off by cutting the power source and then turn it back on by reconnecting the power source and rebooting the machine.

 

You may also need to remove the battery if you can.

 

See whether this will fix the issue.

It could most likely have to do with the hardware.

It was working fine until I got bios update on it.  It happened 6-7 months ago so I couldn't say which one.  I can't even get into recovery to use a different one.
