I'm needing help. Enter current password comes up immediately. Can't access bios. It says password check failed fatal error... System halted. CNU9416CCH

Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help you with that.
If your ex refuses to give you the password or forgot it, then your only option would be to order recovery media from the link below and reinstall W7.
