I've tried countless times, from different devices, to enroll in the All in Plan. I continue to receive this message: 

Order failed to process Code MBE00040 We're sorry! Something went wrong and your order failed to process. Please restart your cart and try again 

I've cleared my cache, cookies, etc. 

I'm really confused and don't understand why I am being stopped from enrolling? I just started school again and this service is really needed.

Nothing wrong with your HP machine . Some other users have same problem

Did you change your credit card ? Please try again next few weeks, HP may find a bug in the process and fix it.
