Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to update Microsoft Windows 10 from version 1803 to 1903 and I keep getting the screen below. Do I really need a system BIOS upgrade? This is a 2018 laptop. Any ideas?

Dunno.

 

You could try a clean install by making your own media, knowing you have the F11 and 16GB USB Recovery Media as backups.
