Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Spectre, Prod#7G098U8R#ABA,

When my Spectre was returned after repair it kept showing the HP signin. I was using my face recognition so didn’t worry. Today I said I had to change my password. I have tried my HP password, my Microsoft password and it doesn’t recognize either. I tried to reset to the date to when I first got it back but it will only let me reset 3 days prior? HP is closed, Microsoft is closed and I can’t get into my computer. Right now I will just have to use my phone until I get it straightened out? I would like to get it back to Microsoft password.
