Microsoft Windows 11

I reset my laptop yesterday by choosing the delete all apps & files. After the reset I noticed the performance was incredibly slow. When I tried to open any application it would take minutes before any app would open. I noticed in the settings that the Intel core update was downloading along with the Windows Defender Updates & pretty much every windows app that needed to be installed . How can I fix this slow performance ? Do I have to wait for the Windows Apps to be reinstalled before the HP laptop can perform fast again ?

Hello,

Unfortunately, you may just have to wait. you can probably cancel some apps that are installing that you wont need, which may expedite the waiting time. But if it is still slow after a few days and everything is done, it may have something to do with your storage drive, but unlikely as it shouldn't just suddenly become slow like that.
