my sisters laptop was saying no wireless networks detected and i could only use ethernet so i tried a complete factory reset now it gets as far as the software install then reboots and administer logo appears after a few mins it goes to recovery manager restoration incomplete .

Now that the recovery option wiped the drive and failed to recover, your only option would be to clean install W10 or W11 using the Microsoft media creation tools at the links below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

After Windows has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
