I initiated the complete factory reset of my laptop. It completed the first part by resetting but is unable to install windows automatically as it used to before... But now it is showing HP logo for 2sec then again restart and again HP logo as a loop...
Please help as I have tried all basic operations possible.
One solution that I can think of is to provide it manually windows iso image by pendrive . But in that case I will loose my original windows product. So, will I loose original one or not?
Please tell me other solutions except service center as I am in outskirts of a city (Noida-India). Thank you in Advance...

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.
Are you using Recovery Media to do the reset to factory? If you did not make your Recovery Media you can order them from HP.

You can install using the free Download tool from Microsoft to make a Windows 10 on usb flash drive. But it will not include the original software/drivers. You should be able to get most of it from your Support page.
Boot with the Windows 10 and when/if it asks for license key-skip that and it should retrieve your key automatically from BIOS.
