Product: Hp notebook stream 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Recently I found my dad's old HP notebook. It's password protected and he doesn't remember it. The battery is not removable and there is no disc port. Is there a way to factory reset the notebook from the startup screen?

Yes, press the F11 key when powering up to enter the system recovery utility to restore it to the factory configuration.

I tried resetting my hp stream as instructed above, but nothing happens. It loops me back to the CHOOSE AN OPTION page.
