When performing the System Extensive Testing, I got an a failure in the Memory Extensive Check.
Failure ID: M3646F-96WAAF-MFPW3G-40CN03
Product ID: 2WK17PA#ABG
Memory Module 1: Bottom-Slot 1 (top)
May I know what is this failure ID means and is there a need for further testing or what is the suggestion for the next step?

The failure code means that you need to replace the memory module that has failed.
Below is the link to the parts list for the product number you posted.
It appears from the parts list that your notebook came with one 16 GB memory module.
If you did not install additional memory, then the bad memory chip will be easy to find since it is the only one.
If your notebook is still under warranty, contact HP support at the link below and submit a support case under the warranty.

This would be a compatible memory module if you can get one in Australia...
