If you are no longer able to access the hard disk, chances are that your data is gone forever, unless you are willing to pay the high price that disk recovery companies charge.
Perform an online search for hard disk recovery in a search engine online to find a company that can help you.
It won't be inexpensive.
Your issue is the very reason that I always keep backups of my data.
