Product: HP 15-d069wm TouchSmart Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Honey help I'm doing a backup after it says hard work hard drive line it's a failure but I passed a Smart check I've been trying to retrieve the BIOS and everything but I must be illiterate cuz I don't get it it's not working for me and I get some help
