Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At the last update of my laptop iI got a system failure - "acceleratorSt.exe. I have followed the instructions that windows give in their forum to delete the HP 3D drive guard, then reboot my laptop and thereafter reinstalling the deleted program.  However tis doesn't work. When I trt to reinsall the missing program I get the following message:

"The demanded step can not be fulfilled when a user mapped passage is open". What does it mean,? What shal i do?

Hi:

 

Open the Windows Control Panel, select Programs and Features, right click the entry for the HP 3D DriveGuard, and select Uninstall.

 

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

 

When you are at the Windows desktop, download and install this version of the HP 3D DriveGuard software at the link below, and restart the PC.
