Product: ZBook Studio x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The fan is my computer is "seems" very loud. I say "seems" as it may be just how it is. It kicks in around 35% CPU and sounds like a vacuum cleaner. The PC does feel hot so I assume it is meant to be coming on  at that point.

 

In comparison I have a MS Surface Pro which is completely silent and cool to the touch whatever I do with it - though it is lower spec.

 

Ive tried all the tips about updating the BIOS, blowing any dust etc. The unit is only about 6 weeks old but has always sounded this way
