Hello, I just acquired this equipment from an external source, I saw that it was of good quality and yes, the device works quite well, however, I have detected a problem that although it is not fatal, it is not pleasant, it is the fingerprint reader and when I enter the Windows hello settings, it tells me that a compatible scanner was not found and my equipment does have a fingerprint scanner the question is, What can I do to get my computer to recognize the fingerprint sensor (Windows Hello) and let me set it up?

On page 4 of its manual which says Touch fingerprint sensor (select products only). That means FingerPrint is an option.
Did you BUY that option ? If you wish, you can buy and install to your machine
- Fingerprint reader part # M36444-001
- NOTE:The fingerprint reader cable is available in the Cable Kit as spare part number M07101-001.
